Not in love with your new purchase?
We understand that sometimes your purchase may just not be for you and you would like a refund on your order. As long as the item is in its original condition, we will happily refund you the total amount.
If you request a refund within 30 days of the order being delivered to you, we will give you a full refund via the original payment method used on your account.
After we receive the order, we aim to refund your account within 14 days.
If you have requested a refund but are unable to return the item within the 30-day window please get in touch via firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call on 02476 422226.

Please ensure that when sending your order back to us that the items are packed up properly to avoid any damage. We do not take any responsibility for items damaged or lost when they are in transit to us.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the items are returned to us, please ensure that you keep proof of purchase in case you need to contact us about your return.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to return an item, please follow the steps above to receive a refund. If you would like a different size or colour, please order the new item on the website.
Incorrect or faulty item?
If you have received an incorrect of faulty item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to assist you, whether it be for an exchange or a refund.
